• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location, typically 7-21 business days or more based on if it is by air or surface. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Shipping Restrictions

WE DO NOT COLLECT DUTIES AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL) AT CHECKOUT

• We currently ship globally.

• Some products may have restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• ARK Designs Studio Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
